Jupiter Blue Solutions takes your privacy seriously. We keep things simple: we collect as little data as possible and we never sell it.
What we collect. When you purchase an app, we receive your email address via our payment processor (Ko-fi) in order to deliver your access code. We do not collect any other personal information.
How we use it. Your email is used solely to send your purchase confirmation and access link. We do not use it for marketing without your consent.
Inside the app. Our apps store your progress (bookmarks, learned status, quiz scores) locally on your device using localStorage. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us.
Children and young people. Our apps are educational tools intended for use by students aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Purchases on behalf of students under 13 must be made by a parent or guardian. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Third parties. Payments are processed by Ko-fi. We do not have access to your payment card details. Please refer to Ko-fi's privacy policy for their data practices.
Cookies. Our website does not use tracking cookies or analytics tools.

By purchasing or using any Jupiter Blue Solutions app, you agree to the following terms.
Intended audience. Our apps are designed for students aged 13 and over preparing for Edexcel IGCSE examinations. Purchases on behalf of younger students must be made by a parent or guardian.
Licence. Each purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on your own devices. You may not share, resell, or redistribute your access code.
Intellectual property. All content within our apps — including text, design, and code — is owned by Jupiter Blue Solutions. You may not copy, reproduce, or repurpose any part of it without written permission.
Use. Our apps are provided for personal revision and educational use. Any commercial use is prohibited without prior agreement.
Availability. We aim to keep apps accessible at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to update or modify content at any time.
Liability. Jupiter Blue Solutions is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of our apps. All content is provided in good faith as a study aid and does not constitute official exam advice.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Because our apps are digital products delivered immediately upon payment, we handle refunds on a case-by-case basis.
Eligibility. We consider refund requests made within 7 days of purchase where the app fails to work as described due to an issue on our side. We are unable to process refunds for device, browser, or installation-related difficulties — these are outside our control. If you are having trouble getting started, please check our Support page or email us before raising a refund request and we will do our best to help.
How to request. Email info@jupiterbluesolutions.com with your order details and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
Non-refundable situations. We are unable to offer refunds simply due to change of mind after the access code has been delivered and used.
