What happens after I purchase? ▾
After purchase you'll receive an email with your access code. Enter the code at the hub page to unlock your vault — no download needed, opens instantly in any browser.
How do I add the app to my home screen? ▾
On iPhone: open the link in Safari, tap the Share button, then tap "Add to Home Screen." On Android: open the link in Chrome, tap the three-dot menu, then tap "Add to Home Screen" or "Install app." When prompted, tap Install app (not "Create shortcut") for full offline access. It will appear as an app icon and open full screen.
Does it work offline? ▾
Yes. Once you open the vault, it saves to your device automatically. You can use it anytime without Wi-Fi — perfect for studying on the go. Note: if you are using Private Browsing or Incognito mode, offline saving and progress tracking (bookmarks, learned status) will not work. Use a normal browser tab for the best experience.
Which devices does it work on? ▾
Our apps work on any device — Android, iPhone, iPad, laptop, or desktop. They're mobile-first so they look and feel great on phones.
Are your apps official exam board products? ▾
No. Jupiter Blue Solutions creates independent educational apps. Our products are not affiliated with or endorsed by any exam board or educational institution.
Can I use it on more than one device? ▾
Yes — up to 5 devices per purchase. Your access code can be activated on up to 5 of your own devices (phone, tablet, laptop). After your first activation with your purchase code, you can add further devices using the Add This Device option on the vault access page. You will need to verify your email with a one-time code sent to your purchase email. If you need more than 5 activations, please contact support.
I'm a parent buying this for my child — is that fine? ▾
Absolutely. Our apps are purchased by parents on behalf of their child all the time. Simply complete the purchase, then share the access code with your child so they can enter it on their device. No account or login is required on their end.
What is your refund policy? ▾
We consider refund requests made within 7 days of purchase where the app fails to work as described due to an issue on our side. If you're having trouble, please email us first — we'll do our best to resolve it. Full details are on our Privacy & Policies page.
